Non Flying Careers                          Pilots are not the only professionals in Aviation industry. We have a large population of aviation professionals who are into non flying positions without whom the aviation industry would never exist. From the Air Traffic control officers who guide hundreds od multi million dollar aircrafts with hundreds of lives on board, the cabin crew members who makes sure that the passengers are safe , comfortable and happy so that they will come back to fly the airline , the maintainence engineers who make sure that the aircrafts are airworthy and safe for the crew to fly it , the dispatchers who plan the flight and follow it up along with the captain to the army of ground staff who make sure that the passengers are comfortably checked in , security checked and boarded into the plane at the right time so that the On time perfomance of the airline is not affected and the managers who are solely responsible to keep the aviation industry in motion.
